Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the
time of booking. The dates requested will be held for no more than 7 days
from invoice date to
allow payment of this deposit to be made. The payment of the full balance is
due 8 weeks before the start date of your stay. If your booking is made less
than two months before the start date, payment is due in full at time of
booking. Under no circumstances will the caravan be made available unless payment has
been received in full before arrival.
No contract exists between us and our
clients until the booking form and deposit have
been received and confirmed
in writing by us.
A breakages and cleaning deposit of £50 is required
and will be refunded on your return by us.
You are expected to leave the caravan clean and
tidy, this means that you should clean the
floors, bathrooms and kitchen area thoroughly before departure. Freezer must
be switched off and the door left open. All lights and heaters must be
switched off. Any breakages must be replaced or reported.
Any problems or complaints
regarding the accommodation must be reported
immediately, either to site reception or
to ourselves. Failure to do so absolves us of all
responsibility.
Cancellation Charges
It may be necessary for you to cancel your holiday due to
illness, accident or change of circumstances. Please ensure you take out
your own holiday insurance to cover the cancellation charges below.

All money paid to us by the client will be
refunded to him if the holiday arrangements are cancelled by us and
terminates
our liability.
The rental period is from 4.30pm on the start date until 10am on the end date.
We would appreciate being informed if you are to arrive late in the evening
or depart early in the morning. Rental periods normally run from Saturday to
Saturday but we will try to accommodate other
arrival dates if possible.
The Party Leader signing the Booking Form
declares himself/herself responsible for all
members of the party.
Only those people notified at time of booking can occupy your
accommodation and use the facilities of the site.
No pets are allowed.
No single sex groups allowed
All under 18's must be accompanied by
parents/guardians etc. (Site will check passports on arrival, no refund will
be given if correct dates of birth are not given at the time of booking)
We will not be liable for any failure of electricity, gas or water supplies
to the caravan; nor for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or
suffered by any guest should the caravan be destroyed or substantially
damaged prior to the rental period, other than the amount already paid by
you in respect of the rental. Under no circumstances shall our liability to
you exceed the amount paid to us by you for the rental period.
The use of the caravan is entirely at your risk and we accept no
responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to guests personally, their
belongings or vehicles. You are reminded take out your own travel/health
insurance.
We, and the Site Owners, reserve the
right to refuse admission for any reason and to expel any person who is
causing a nuisance or annoyance to others.
We, and the Site Owners, are not liable for personal injury, loss or damage
to persons or property.
We, and the Site Owners, use our best endeavors to ensure the availability
of all amenities described in any advertisement or correspondence, but are
not liable in respect of their non-availability due to circumstances or
events beyond our control.
All persons occupying the accommodation should familiarise themselves with
the site rules and adhere to them at all times.
